Student Registration:

Students can register for ETCC 2009 by following 3 easy steps:
   1. Create an account on hetci.org
   2. Upload an updated resume in pdf format
   3. Submit payment by the appropriate deadline

NOTE: We are only accepting online registrations.

The registration deadlines are as follows:
Early: December 8, 2008
Regular: December 15, 2008

Registration fees are as follows:
SHPE Member: $50 (Early), $75 (Regular) , $100 (Onsite)
Non-Members: $75 (Early), $100 (Regular)
Program/Career Fair Only (no hotel): $50 (Onsite)

NOTE: Student Registration Fee covers hotel accommodations (quad occupancy on Thursday, Friday, Saturday), career fair and all events. Your registration will be pending and incomplete until full payment has been received and your registration materials cleared by our committee.

Individual Credit card payments can be made from your account once you login. If you have already submitted a credit card payment form, you will soon receive a PayPal invoice by email. To make credit card payments for multiple students, send an email to: registration@hetci.org

NOTE: To qualify for the early rate, your registration materials and payment must received by Decembery 8, 2008
