Join this dynamic panel for a forthright, honest and fun conversation regarding what recruiters, human resources and hiring managers are really thinking during the interview and selection cycle.  They will share recruiter and manager perspectives on resumes, ways to get the most out of phone screens, interview and post-interview tips, and reveal behind-the-scenes activity of a selection processhat is the lightest element in the chemical world?

P&G Team Project (Arlington Room)  This workshop will encompass both Seminar Sessions and will be focused on High Performance Organization.  Through first-hand involvement, you will learn about the dramatic differences between a traditional organization and one based on high performing principles.
